I have taken every effort to create a safe, welcoming and supportive environment in my school and its activities and it is important to me that these values are maintained and adopted by everyone participating in my tutorials.
By signing up and taking part in Melissa BellyDance's school, courses, workshops and classes including but not exclusive to any tutorial or instruction given by Melissa or any instructor representing her and or any activity in relation to her or on her behalf, you agree to accept the zero tolerance policy and her right to with no formal or informal notice to immediately dismiss any student, member, spectator or participant and terminate their continued participation in any activity involving her, Melissa Belly Dance school or representative if found in breach or violation of any behaviour she deems un-exceptable or inappropriate. You also waive the right to any reimbursement or compensation if found in violation of her zero tolerance policy.
Zero tolerance policy:
Any behaviour, comment, vocalised opinion or act that is deemed by melissa BellyDance or any instructor acting on her behalf to be unacceptable, inappropriate or compromising the integrity of the school and or any participants in or out of the class environment whether directed directly or indirectly to any student, participant, spectator, member of the Melissa belly Dance school or instructor the offender is subject to removal from the class and relating property and any agreement with that individual is terminated active immediately.
