BELLY-TATION MOVEMENT, TIBETAN BOWLS, YIN YOGA AND SOUND BATH HEALING

We start off with meditational, hypnotic belly dance movements, flowing with an intimate low lighting setting, creating an inner peace, finding our centre, exploring our calm and zoning in on our mental and physical wellbeing.
We then take it to the floor for Yin Yoga poses, and slow flow sinuous movement, where we stretch deep, peacefully and mindfully creating a harmony of inner presence and outer awareness of ourselves and others around us.
Finally, experience a sound bath meditation with Tibetan singing bowls, where you will be immersed in the soothing vibrations and have the option to benefit from the sound of Tibetan Singing Bowls which entrain the brain to move into the Theta brain wave frequencies that induce deep meditative and peaceful states, clarity of mind, and intuition. The sound vibrations impact our nervous system, engaging our relaxation reflex and inhibiting the stress or pain response.
