Welcome to my Belly Dancing Diary :).
It seems that when I am not physically belly dancing, I am thinking of belly dancing dancing ideas (apart from when I'm sleeping of course). And this is one of those times where I am either thinking about new choreos, music or sharing my enthusiasm of Belly Dance.
There are thousands of blogs and articles on Belly Dance, however I would like to write about my experiences from a new performers' perspective. Having danced for 4 and a half years, there are still challenges and opportunities that I am faced with everyday in the hope of one day being a full time professional belly dancer dancer. I am currently studying at the Melissa Bellydance school, and I have been fortunate enough to share my blog through Melissa's webpage.
I was once told, the moment you start being content with your dance is the moment you start failing. Its a fact, nobody is perfect and there are always things that we can all do to improve ourselves. The purpose of this blog is not just for me to reflect upon events, but to also help others relate to my posts, no matter what level of dancer they are.
